It is with deep sadness that we must report the passing of our Past Master Kenneth Hawkins has passed to the Celestial Lodge Above. WB Hawkins was a Past Master (two times) of Clinton Lodge No. 548. He was a well respected and well loved brother among us always ready to help wherever the need arose. Further information will be passed along as it becomes available. At our regular stated meeting on Tuesday September 8, 2026 WM Jay Terry presented Br Mike Taylor a mounted signed replica of the Fire & Smoke fundraiser poster. Br Taylor organized, managed and chaired the committee who worked to put on the event. He was responsible for all aspects of this very successful event. Pictured are Br Taylor and WM Terry.

Clinton Lodge No 548 will hold a stated communication on Tuesday September 8, 2026 at it's hall at 1109 E Ohio St in Clinton, MO. There will be a fellowship meal at 6.30 PM followed by a regular business meeting at 7.30 PM.

On September 3, 2026 Clinton Lodge 548 was honored to be able to perform the Masonic Funeral Service for Past Master Hugh Sperry. Numerous Brothers were able to take part in the ceremony.

On Saturday August 29, 2026 Clinton Lodge 548 installed it's officers for 2026 - 2027. Installed were Worshipful Master Jay Terry, Senior Warden Scott Anderson, Junior Warden Terry Leckbee, Treasurer Don Varner, Chaplain Will Anderson, Senior Deacon Andrew Renfro, Junior Deacon Mike Taylor, Senior Steward Caleb George. The installing officers were Worshipful Master Dave Coborn, Installing Marshall Mike Sutton, and Installing Senior Deacon Bubba Schillo.

Clinton Lodge 548 with the assistance of several visiting Brother's performed the third degree ceremonies for Christopher Glen Brown on August 25, 2026. BR Brown was obligated by WM Will Anderson and raised by WB Caleb George, assisted by WB Hugh Sperry, grandfather of BR Brown. WB Scotty Walker gave the Lecture and RWB Mike Sutton gave the charge.

Clinton Lodge 548 was pleased to be able to recognize some of our first responders. Brother Bubba Schillo presented the Clinton Police Department with tickets to attend the dinner. They were able to attend and enjoy a delicious meal.
